Our bespoke 'Couch to 5K' course supports you on your journey to completing a 5K run. Whether you are new to running or returning after a break, our experienced coaches will support you on your running journey through a series of sessions tailored to your individual needs. Includes initial consultation, footwear advice plus x8 40 minute coached sessions, as well as ongoing support.
