Our introduction to running course equips you with the essential information and skills to start your running journey. We always recommend joining a local running group, but for those preferring individual guidance our coaches are here to support you. Initial consultation, footwear advice and 3 x 40 minute coached sessions.
COUCH TO 5K
X8 Coached Sessions
Our bespoke 'Couch to 5K' course supports you on your journey to completing a 5K run. Whether you are new to running or returning after a break, our experienced coaches will support you on your running journey through a series of sessions tailored to your individual needs. Initial consultation plus 8x 40 minute coached sessions.
SOCIAL TRAINING RUNS
5/10/15/20km Group Runs
Need to complete a 5k, 10k, 15k or 20k run but don't want the pressure of a race? Join us for a small group training run and complete the distance in a relaxed and friendly environment. Social runs take place several times per month according to the Event Calendar. Alternatively, contact us and we will add more runs according to demand.
Personal Training Session
A personal training session to help you achieve your health, fitness and wellbeing goals. CITY HIIT, YOGA & PILATES
Private HIIT Session
A private high intensity interval training (HIIT) session using your urban surroundings. Designed to boost your metabolism with short, sharp bursts of exercise followed by periods of recovery incorporating strength and conditioning exercises. Suitable for all abilities and tailored to your needs.
Private Yoga Session
A private yoga session (either outdoors or at your home, hotel or workplace) to strengthen and tone your whole body while inducing an inner calm. Incorporating a series of flowing sequences with poses, you'll end the session feeling energised yet relaxed. Suitable for all abilities and tailored to your needs.
Private Pilates Session
A private Pilates session (either outdoors or at your home, hotel or workplace) incorporating a traditional blend of both strength and flexibility training to help tone and condition the body. Recommended for improved posture and coordination as well as injury prevention. Suitable for all abilities and tailored to your needs.
